What is the Kaizen Project?
Let’s get this out of the way, this is not a hand holding, pat you on the back feel good project. This is about building a sustainable process that you can follow for a long time. It is about building a process for supercharging your life. It is about embracing challenge and discomfort. Doing work, to be better, to live better. It is 4 months of doing work, challenging yourself and adding value to a community of likeminded people.
Kaizen is about continuous positive change. It is about getting better every day. This project is about daily improvement. Did you do something today to be a better version of yourself? This is what we strive for. It is more than just training. This is not a body transformation challenge, it is a larger process that is fuelled by training.

We made this a paying program for a few reasons
1. No one appreciates free
Things that are given are not appreciated as much as things that are invested in. The money is an investment in your success. As Nassim taleb puts it, “to have skin in the game”
This is NOT about the money though, it’s about doing the work.
The cost of the project is R2000. This can be paid in once off or in 2 instalments of R1000 due before the 1st of February and March respectively.
2. There are costs involved in the administration of the project.
To deliver a product we are proud of we need to invest in certain things, these things cost.
3. To make cool shit
We like t shirts and other cool stuff and we want to share it with you. To make the project special.
Refunds: after the first month there are no refunds. If you choose to leave the project are removed in the first month there is a 50% refund. If after the 1st month you choose to leave the project or are removed (we will first give you a warning and a second chance) you will not be refunded.
The aim of the Kaizen Project is to improve the quality of your life through training. The physical improvement is meant to be a catalyst for greater life improvement. We aim to build a more robust and capable body and mind through training that will allow you to experience and do more in life and therefore reach your other/ bigger goals outside of physical tasks and body composition.
Ask questions, give ideas, share your thoughts. This is an interactive COMMUNITY. This is not school, we are not here to tell you what to do. We will give you access to training programs that we have found to be successful for us, guide your nutrition, give you feedback, but this is a two way process and it doesn’t work without feedback and discussion. You make the project better and the project makes you better. We are sharing our processes, what works what doesn’t. Our successes, failures and frustrations. We can all learn from each other’s experiences. So share. The community is here to help you and you are here to help the community. Do not think your views and insights are insignificant. If you choose not to participate in the activities of the project and do not interact in the group discussions you will be warned once after that you will be removed from the project.
Things to know.
We will send you a mail at the start of each month to update you on the tasks for that month. We will update you ahead of time with the planned events we will host so you can schedule it on your calendar if you are close enough to attend. We aim to host one event per month for the duration of the project.
