It is a tool. One that can make you stronger and fitter. It can be a gateway to capability for many. It is just a tool though and only effective under the guidance of the right mindset. I’ve seen lots of dumb shit being done with a kettlebell for the sake of being flashy and cool. Just ask yourself, “why?” If it is to keep you interested in training and the movements are still safe, then more power to you.
There are some basic movements that are very effective and will improve your strength, power, endurance, coordination, mobility and stability. It can be an awesome tool when used well.

These are only a few of the movements you can do, but there are more. You can develop a pretty good physical capacity with these alone. Combine these with some bodyweight movements, running, walking and some jumping and you have a practice that covers 80% of the bases.
