What is the Kaizen project?
We started this project for selfish reasons, because we wanted to be better. We wanted to improve ourselves. We wanted enso to be better and we wanted to deliver more, but we weren’t sure what exactly that “more” was. What we did know was that to do better we had to be better.
So the quest to be better started, it started with training. Training is the one thing that has such a massive effect on your life as a whole. It can improve so many aspects of your life. It is a catalyst for change. Developing and challenging the body and mind through challenging physical tasks and you increase your ability to do more, to handle more. Physical training transcends the program that you follow. It gives you more than just strength and endurance. It builds discipline, it inoculates you against stress by taking you out of your comfort zone. It makes you resilient. These are the things that are needed to succeed in arenas outside of the physical realm as well.
We upgraded our training, we cleaned up our nutrition. We set goals, both in training and in life. Then we worked and we continue to work at them because the process continues. The goals are checkpoints it is about the process and in doing this you better be enjoying the process, because that is where you spend most of your time. The goal is your destination the process is the journey.

Kaizen means good change. It is the word for continuous improvement. It is the mind-set for doing something however small it is to be better than you were yesterday. This is an idea we can align with so we named the project after this. It is about building a foundation for success. It is that habits, routines and processes that are common to successful people.
I can’t do that for you. Your success is yours to define and the question is do you have your own definition of it? Not the one that society and your parents gave you, one that is truly your own. One that you want to live. You must choose your path this project is there to give you tools and build your capability and to create a community.
This is why we decided to share this. We are products of our environment. What you do, watch, read, who you listen to and who you spend time with. The truth is the world can be an unknowingly passively negative and sometimes downright fucked up environment. If you don’t stand guard at the door of your mind you will fall into the trap. The societal group think trap. The 9-5 keep up with the jones’, go to work do a good job, have a drink on weekends, work in the garden, watch the rugby and go back to work on Monday to start again fucked up trap. There is so much more out there and are you living the life that you want to live? Like I said your success is yours to define and to create we are here to give you tools and help you develop the capability to chase your success
It’s about community
We want to surround ourselves with savages. Men and women who are driven. We want a community of people who want to live the fuck out of life. You have one shot at this ride, so do you really have time to fuck around?

Is this one of those body transformation programs?
This is not a 3 month to a leaner you body transformation. (This will happen though) it is a 6 months to a better version of you program and hopefully it continues after the program is done.
Who is this project open to?
This project is open to anyone who wants to upgrade themselves. We only have limited spots available though, for this first one we only have 15 available.
What does the project entail?
Its 6 months of consistency; in training, nutrition and lifestyle
It involves training at least 3 times per week
The program doesn’t matter as long as it meets certain criteria. We have the programs that we follow up on the site, if you want to follow those. That is up to you. We will help you in this process.
It involves improving your nutrition
Evaluating where you are, Making adjustments based on where you are and developing good habits. We have guidelines, meal prep processes and recipes up on the site.
It involves reality checks and the truth
If you want sugar coating and to be told what you want to hear, don’t sign up. We will challenge the status quo. What you think about what you are capable of, what is acceptable and more. We will remove you from the matrix
To quote the havamal, “Wake early if you want to take another man’s life or land. No battles are won in bed. No lamb for the lazy wolf” We might not be here to take life or land but we are here to win battles, battles over laziness, comfort, mediocrity.
How much does it cost?
You might be thinking that this sounds cool, but where’s the catch? How much does it cost? The price is R1000. That is only R6.10 per day that is less than the cup of coffee you drink every day.
Why charge for the project?
1. Nobody appreciates free!
You need to have skin in the game, there needs to be something on the line to keep you engaged.
2. It costs money to do shit!
The membership allows us to keep this up and running and allows us to grow the project in the future. This is only the start. We will be running more programs in future where we can offer more and also make more spots available.
We will organise meet ups
These meet ups will be open training days, challenges and other activities
There will be group chats
There are challenges and tasks to complete each week to aid in your development

You get more than you give, but the more you give the more you get.
Be prepared to give! This is a community. A community grows through input and interaction. The input of all the members is key. Don’t be a wallflower, we all must add to grow. “The strength of the pack is in the wolf and the strength of the wolf is in the pack”
